Can we Get off of Oil?

That is is the question, can we in America, let alone the world as one body, kick our addiction to Oil. Well here is one plan that is pretty interesting from Oil Baron and BP Capital Management Founder T. Boone Pickens.

I am a (retired) civil engineer. About 30 years ago I recognized a potential wind recource location where an enormous amount of wind energy could be developed and used by nearby consumers. I believe that hundreds of the “props” could be set where energy producing one-way winds would be available 60% to 70% of the time. That could include some “high” winds.
I believe that the units would produce far more energy than oter any place I have seen. I could use all kinds of help on this project.
